i am just coming out of todays seminar. you know this every wednesday meeting. professor sekiguchi gave an introduction to meditation. first he explained about papillons and the human bodz and brain. and we started to do some meditation exercises. wow never imagined that something like this is possible at a university. bravo. for some people it might sound crazy and weird, but i think sekiguchi is totally right introducing meditation to students as an opportunity to get your head free minded and to create something new or finding solutions when you are stuck.
actually it also fitted quite well into my current situation, because i am a bit worried or frustrated about my project and my output. and this also leads to some homesickness, but at the same time i feel some pressure as well because my residency will end soon.
studio 1 meetings are really in a very relaxed environment. i like it.

preparation to meditation…

thank you milo for the post. also in ogaki we have a bike storage system. :-) on the south side of the station there is a house where you can put your bikes guarded by two nice men… every now and then they also put the bikes in a straight row to save some space…

1st floor of the house…. never ending bikes

2nd floor…. still never ending. sometimes it’s really hard to find a place.

on the northside of the station there is another place to put your bike. also millions of bikes. images will follow.

My family came and we had some very nice and intense time. It was so much fun to go here and there, taking the shinkansen every day, relaxing at hoshi onsen, hamamatsu beach, 21st century museum kanazawa, kyoto two times, eating good dinner and of course going to karaoke with leonie :-)
find it :-)
